Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) – Primary Care / Urgent Care
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join a busy Primary Care / Urgent Care facility in Brooklyn. This role is ideal for an NP who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive care in a Primary Care and Urgent Care setting
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
- Perform physical exams, assessments, and procedures
- Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans
- Provide preventive care and patient education
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care
- Active FNP license in New York
- 1+ year of Nurse Practitioner experience required
- Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or similar setting preferred
- Strong clinical decision‑making and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
