As a Birch Family Services Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and supervision of medical care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a system of residential programs. Collaborating with clinical and ancillary staff, you will promote health and safety and provide case‑management services. Review assessments, logs, etc. and follow‑up where necessary; ensure all medical appointments, tests and lab work are completed as required;

and assist with the AMAP certification process.

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing (ASN or BSN) required
• NY State RN License in good standing required
• 1‑2 years clinical experience, preferably in an OPWDD, mental health, or related setting required.
• Sufficient computer skills to operate email, Microsoft Office Suite, and electronic health records platforms required.
