Per Diem Nurse Practitioner​/Physician Assistant - Walk In Clinic

Pay Range: $77.85-$90.80 per hour

• Provide high?quality, patient?centered care to walk-in and urgent care patients
• Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and develop treatment plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Manage acute conditions, minor injuries, and common urgent presentations
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with ED clinicians when patients require a higher level of care

• Current NYS license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience required
• Experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, family medicine, or related field preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and patient?care skills
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, efficient, high?quality care
