- Implement the plan of care and evaluate treatment effectiveness.
- Document visits electronically and complete documentation within 24‑48 hours.
- NY State LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) License required.
- Minimum of one year of medical/surgical experience in a hospital or long‑term care facility.
- Bilingual Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese preferred.
