About This Role

The Registered Nurse - Ambulatory (Multispecialty) provides comprehensive nursing care for a designated group of patients, utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who excel in collaboration and leadership within a multidisciplinary team.

• Location: New York, NY
• Schedule: Full-Time, Day shift

• Conduct patient interviews and assess health status across multiple systems.
• Communicate and document patient’s physiologic and psychosocial health status.
• Develop individualized patient outcome statements and goals.
• Coordinate cost‑effective use of supplies and medications.
• Implement and maintain safety precautions in patient care.
• Provide emotional support and discharge instructions to patients and families.
• Collaborate with care team members to plan and execute treatment regimens.
• Administer medications safely and educate patients on drug interactions.
• Participate in patient and family education and evaluate teaching effectiveness.
• Perform related duties as required.

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred; must enroll in a BSN program within 2 years and obtain a BSN within 5 years

• 2+ years of RN experience highly preferred

• Current License to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State required
• Specialized certifications as needed
