, our state‑of‑the‑art facility is dedicated to providing exceptional care and rehabilitation services. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents and their families.
We are seeking compassionate and skilled CNAs to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a CNA at Pinnacle Multicare Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to our residents, including:
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to nurses and physicians
- Assisting with mealtime routines and hydration
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment for our residents
- Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities and medical treatments
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and interactions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Currently certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of New York
- 1 year of experience as a CNA in a long‑term care or rehabilitation setting
- Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
