Schedule/
Hours:
- Shifts and hours will vary based on assignment needs.
- Current RN license (NY state license required).
- Minimum of one year recent experience as an RN in the Operating Room.
- BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
- Demonstrated proficiency in perioperative nursing protocols.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
- Circulating and scrubbing during surgical procedures.
- Assisting surgeons and surgical team with instrumentation and supplies.
- Overseeing patient safety and comfort before, during, and after procedures.
- Maintaining strict aseptic technique and compliance with hospital policies.
- Collaborating with peers for optimal patient outcomes.
