RN Registered Nurse
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in our skilled nursing facility
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to healthcare providers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care
