This is a per diem position at New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital.

• Assist as RN First Assistant in perioperative cardiac surgery settings, including scrubbing and circulating duties as appropriate.

• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Current New York State RN license
• Minimum of 3 years of diversified perioperative nursing experience, both scrubbing and circulating
• Endoscopic radial artery harvesting
• Endoscopic saphenous vein harvesting
• BCLS certification
• ACLS certification
• CNOR certification
• Successful completion of a course that meets the AORN standards for RNFA education programs
