New Carlton Nursing Home is located at 405 Carlton Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11238.

We offer an extensive mentor program where new hires will be paired with a preceptor who will work at YOUR pace, to ensure you are comfortable on our floor.
Our LPN shifts are 8 hours, with flexibility on schedules and shifts. Carlton Nursing Home also offers a weekend warrior program—chosen by you! We offer sign‑on bonuses and shift diffs for each shift and ensure safe patient‑to‑staff ratios.
