The Pines at Glens Falls is searching for Nursing Supervisors (RN) to work Weekend / Baylor shifts (7 PM to 7 AM). As a Weekend Baylor Nursing Supervisor, you will lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and well‑being of our residents. Your responsibilities include oversight of facility operations, safety, cleanliness and compliance with nursing policies, procedures and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and guide nursing staff to ensure high‑quality care delivery.
- Oversee daily operations, including staffing assignments and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to maintain quality standards.
- Provide mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols.
- No mandatory overtime for nursing staff.

- Valid RN license in the state of New York.
- Advanced degree or certification preferred.
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a long‑term care setting preferred.
