We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse leader to manage our Nurse Residency Program. This role oversees recruitment collaboration, curriculum development, program coordination, and retention strategies to support newly graduated nurses as they transition into practice. Key Responsibilities- Partner with HR to recruit and hire nurse residents
- Develop and implement residency curriculum, including seminars, skills labs, and simulation training
- Facilitate seminars and coordinate subject matter experts
- Monitor resident progression and maintain program records
- Collect data, manage surveys, and generate program reports
- Coordinate scheduling, venues, kickoff, and graduation sessions
- Lead program committees and support nurse retention initiatives
- MSN required (BSN acceptable for internal candidates actively pursuing MSN)
- Current RN license and BLS certification
- Minimum 3 years of acute care experience (med-surg, ICU, or specialty)
- Teaching experience (formal or informal)
- Experience with e-learning platforms (e.g., Health Stream, RQI)
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
