Soliant Education is seeking a passionate and qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to fill a School Nurse position in Edwardsville, KS. As a School Nurse, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and well-being of students by providing care, addressing medical needs, and promoting a healthy school environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to students, including first aid, medication administration, and management of chronic conditions.
• Conduct health screenings and assessments, identifying students' medical needs and creating care plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure a safe and healthy learning environment.
• Monitor student health records, ensuring pliance with state regulations and immunization requirements.
• Respond to health emergencies and provide appropriate care in a timely manner.
• Educate students, families, and staff on health-related issues, including illness prevention and wellness initiatives.
• Participate in school health policy development and support student health programs.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kansas.
• Bachelors degree in Nursing preferred.
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred.
• Strong munication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple health concerns efficiently.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
