About This Role
The Travel Registered Nurse (RN) in Antepartum will provide specialized care for patients during their antepartum period. This role is ideal for experienced nurses looking for flexible travel opportunities.

Full-Time
- Assess the patient’s physiologic health status.
- Conduct patient interviews and explain policies and procedures.
- Assess gastrointestinal, cardiovascular, respiratory, renal, and neurological health status.
- Determine mobility, sensory deficits, prostheses use, and skin condition.
- Assess level of pain and pain management.
- Communicate and document patient’s physiologic health status and plan of care.
- Assess patient’s psychosocial health status.
Elicit perception of medical/nursing care and expectations. - Develop criteria for measurement of patient outcomes.
- Formulate the plan of care and establish priorities to achieve expected outcomes.
Education:
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
- 1-2 years of professional nursing experience in the related specialty required.
Certifications:
- Current RN License in New York required.
- BLS certification required.
- ACLS, NRP, NCC-EFM, and Intermediate AWHONN certifications required.
