• Salary: $141,500

• Provide direct patient care for Virtual Express Care Behavioral Health service with an urgent care scope of practice. Patients are seen via audio-visual or audio-only mediums.
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge in treating mental health conditions and substance use disorders (SUD) through assessments, medication management (including MAT), mental status examinations, diagnostic evaluations, and management of mental health and SUDs using harm‑reduction and motivational interviewing techniques.
• Demonstrate crisis intervention techniques, including emergency crisis management and verbal de‑escalation.
• Document and file findings, interventions, and care plans in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
• Assist in improving care delivery through participation in performance improvement (PI) and quality improvement (QI) projects.
• Attend and participate in staff meetings, facility‑wide projects, in‑services, and trainings.

• Completion of 3,600 hours of qualifying Psychiatry NP practice as required by NYS law.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Providers certification.
• Licensed as a Psychiatry Nurse Practitioner in the State of New York.
• Registered Nurse license in New York.
• National certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) via the ANCC or an equivalent national certifying body.

Annual Base Salary: $141,500
* based on a 40‑hour work week.
Annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $155,650**, which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, and other benefits.
