• Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room experience:
  • Scrub & Circulating duties (mandatory)
  • CVOR experience (required)
  • IV insertion & phlebotomy skills
  • Conscious sedation experience
• Active New York State RN license (Primary Source Verification required)
• AHA BLS & ACLS (required)
• Procedural Expertise: pre‑op, intra‑op, and post‑op patient management; sterile technique; surgical instrumentation; assisting surgeons; emergency response (e.g., hemorrhage control, rapid transfusions)
• Patient Care: monitoring anesthesia/sedation; handling high‑acuity cases (trauma, cardiovascular, etc.)
