  Based on 12‑hour shifts (36.0 hours per week)
• Stipend:

• Provide critical care to patients with life‑threatening conditions.
• Continuously monitor patients, administer medication, and manage ventilators.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Work under pressure and exercise strong critical thinking and quick decision‑making.
• Perform 12‑hour night shifts, with weekend, holiday, and call coverage required.
• Float to similar acuity units as needed.
• Participate in a 4–6 week onboarding process.

• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience.
• Active State or Compact RN license.
• BLS certification (must include expiration date).
• ACLS certification (must include expiration date).
• Submit all time‑off requests with initial application.
• Active RN license upon onboarding.
• BLS and ACLS required for onboarding.
• Required for 12‑hour night shifts with weekend, holiday, and call coverage.
