Interim Nurse Manager – Operating Room (O.R.)

Compensation: $170,000 – $175,000 annually

Sign‑on Bonus: $2,500

• Oversee surgical services and ensure high‑quality patient care in the hospital setting.
• Manage abdominal transplant operations, including patient selection, coordination, and post‑operative monitoring.
• Recruit, retain, and lead O.R. staff to maintain optimal team performance.
• Deliver patient‑centered care, coordinating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other clinical teams.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards.
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff, physicians, and administration.

• BSN required;
  Master’s degree preferred.
• Active New York RN license or willingness to obtain one.
• Minimum six years of nursing experience, with at least two years in an O.R. leadership position.
• Abdominal transplant experience required; highly preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs and operating room demands.

• Annual salary range $170,000 – $175,000.
• $2,500 sign‑on bonus.
