Fertility RN Nurse Coordinator – Reproductive Medicine Associates of New York, Manhattan, New York.

• Schedule:
  
  Monday through Friday – 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, or 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM Eastern Time; one weekend (Saturday & Sunday) every 4 to 6 weeks and two holidays per year.
• Compensation: $92,000 to $99,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

In this role, the Fertility RN Nurse Coordinator will:

• Assist with coordination, case management, and treatment of fertility patients.
• Monitor patients throughout treatment plans, providing direction and education.
• Communicate physician orders and instructions, and laboratory results with appropriate interpretation and explanation.
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to patients and their families.
• Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records.

• RN required; BSN preferred.
• Current state RN license without limitations.
• IVF/Fertility experience and background in women’s health preferred.
• Ability to manage a caseload of patients.
• Computer proficiency required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a multi‑disciplinary team and build and maintain effective working relationships.
• Strong customer service orientation, highly responsive to requests.
