• Education: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Licensure: Active NY State Nurse Practitioner License;
  Board Certification required.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of outpatient cardiology Nurse Practitioner experience in an outpatient setting.
• Travel: Must be open to traveling within the boroughs of NY.
