Clinical Nurse Manager – Pediatric Service Line – Evening Flex
New York-Presbyterian – Komansky Children’s Hospital is recognized as the #1 children’s hospital in New York according to U.S. News & World Report’s 2025 “Best Children’s Hospitals” rankings. This full‑time 10‑hour Evening Flex shift position, four shifts per week, requires in‑person presence.
ResponsibilitiesLead a Magnet designated nursing team and collaborate with the transformational leaders of the entire pediatric team, working closely with the three units’ Patient Care Directors and fellow Clinical Managers. This role focuses on providing high‑quality patient and family‑centered care in general pediatrics, pediatric stepdown, and the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU).
Qualifications- Minimum of 2 years of pediatric experience
- Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing)
- Current New York State RN license
- BCLS Certification PALS Certification
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Demonstrates leadership competencies
- Previous leadership experience
- Master’s in Nursing or related field
- American Nurses Credentialing Center approved national board certification
- Pediatric Intensive Care Unit RN experience
Salary Range: $145,000–$168,000 per year. Competitive base pay, recognition for experience, education, and licensure. Comprehensive benefits and opportunities for personal and professional growth.
