The Assistant Nurse Manager for the Ambulatory Surgery Center in Manhasset provides clinical leadership and management for a designated time-period in a patient care unit, focusing on excellence in patient service and staff development.

• Schedule: Full‑Time, Day shift

• Monitor attendance of staff and ensure appropriate staffing and skill mix.
• Provide direct patient care as needed to support clinical operations.

• Baccalaureate degree in Nursing required

• 2 years of experience required

• Current Registered Professional Nurse licensure in New York State
• Basic Life Support Certification through the American Heart Association required
