Location: New York
Responsibilities
- Direct Patient Care:
Provide hands‑on care under RN/physician supervision, including administering medications, monitoring vitals, wound care, triaging/rooming patients within 15 minutes, and performing treatments. - Documentation & Specimens:
Accurately document patient info, vitals, interventions, and medication administration with 100% compliance. Collect, label, and log specimens (blood, biopsy) with zero tolerance for error. - Coordination & Maintenance:
Clean and stock exam rooms between sessions, maintain supply par levels, and sterilize equipment via autoclave. - Communication &
Education:
Partner with the healthcare team to elevate issues, facilitate discharge, and teach patients/families regarding care management. - Provides direct care for a specific patient population. Administers medications and treatments. Provides patient & family teaching and discharge instructions.
- NY LPN License & Registration.
- BLS Card and Infection Control Certification.
- High School/GED minimum.
Monday to Friday 10:00 A – 6:30 P with Alternating Saturdays.
