Requirements:

• Licensed in New York State (additional states a plus) with Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification (BC-PMHNP)
• Experience treating a wide range of psychiatric conditions
• Experience with adult, adolescent, geriatric, or child populations
• Preferably 10+ years of experience
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (mix of in-person and telehealth)

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments of patients to determine mental health needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with mental health disorders.
• Prescribe and manage medications for psychiatric conditions within scope of practice.
• Provide counseling and support to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Stay current with advancements in psychiatric care and best practices.
