The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated, bilingual (English/Spanish) Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an FNP who enjoys building lasting relationships with patients across the lifespan and wants to make a meaningful impact in a supportive, established setting.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, from pediatrics through adults and geriatrics. The ideal candidate will also have an interest in or experience with women's health services. You will work alongside an experienced, multidisciplinary team in a practice that values clinical excellence, work-life balance, and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan, including pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
- Perform physical examinations, diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, and develop individualized care plans.
- Deliver preventive care, health screenings, immunizations, and patient education.
- Provide women's health services where applicable, such as well-woman exams and routine gynecological care.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe medications in accordance with state regulations.
- Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking patients to ensure culturally sensitive, accessible care.
- Collaborate with physicians and support staff to coordinate high-quality, continuous care.
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Current, active certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
- Active state license (or eligibility to obtain) to practice as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required (mandatory).
- Ability to care for patients across the lifespan, from pediatrics through adults and geriatrics.
- DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain).
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient communication skills.
- Compassionate, team-oriented approach and a commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Experience or interest in women's health, including well-woman exams and routine gynecological care.
- Prior experience in a primary care or family medicine setting.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
