Overview
Caring Angels Home Care is seeking a full‑time CHHA Nurse to care for geriatric patients in Westchester. The agency has received numerous awards for staff satisfaction and patient care excellence. As a float CHHA Nurse, you will play an integral role in the agency's nursing care division.
Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to geriatric patients in a home‑health setting.
- Manage clustered cases efficiently.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high‑quality care.
- Accredited New York Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Bilingual Spanish language skills are a plus.
- Experience in home health or geriatric care preferred.
- Strong communication and critical‑thinking skills.
- Medical and dental insurance.
