ScheduleFlexible, 12-hour night shifts (Non-negotiable)
Salary$60.00 per hour

Shifts- Evening
- Night
- Overnight
3x12, Monday to Friday with rotating weekends, as needed
Responsibilities- Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients with G‑Tube and Trach requirements in home care.
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and conduct assessments for proper care.
- Manage G‑Tube feedings, medication administration, and tracheostomy care.
- Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and families for comprehensive care plans.
- Educate patients and caregivers on G‑Tube and Trach care, maintenance, and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate medical records and offer emotional support to patients and families.
- Current NYS RN license.
- 2 years pediatric nursing experience with G‑Tube and Trach care.
- BLS and PALS certifications.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
- Compassionate and patient‑focused approach.
- 2 years Pediatric Nursing, Tracheostomy Care, and Home Care.
