- Strong clinical skills in pediatric assessment, medication administration, and critical care interventions
- Excellent communication, family‑centered care, and teamwork abilities
- Provide high‑quality, compassionate nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients in the PICU
- Continuously monitor patient status, interpret clinical data, and implement appropriate interventions
- Administer medications and manage IV/infusion therapies and advanced monitoring devices
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, social workers, and other multidisciplinary team members
- Educate and support patients' families, providing clear communication about care plans and progress
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in the electronic health record
