Candidates must have a valid New York State RN license, a minimum of an Associate Degree, and 1-2 years of nursing experience in behavioral health. Current BLS certification is essential, and training in crisis management is expected upon hire.
The ideal candidate will also possess skills in problem-solving and effective communication.
