Hamilton Park Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join the team at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Brooklyn,NY!

The Allure Group is a consortiumof six rehabilitation centers across Brooklyn and Manhattan, NY, specializing in post-acute and sub-acute skilled nursing and rehabilitation. • Ensure all residentsare comfortable
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (food service, personal care, bowel and bladderfunctions, etc.)
• Measure and recordvitals routinely
• Observe and report thewell-being of residents
• Provide assistance with Range of Motion exercises and ambulation
• Establish healthycommunication with nursing personnel and other department personnel
• Perform restorativeand rehabilitative procedures as instructed
• Assist with thelifting, moving, positioning, and transporting of residents
• Check, review, andabide by resident care plans
• Follow work assignments and schedules in completing tasks
• Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positivity
• Remain prepared to doany services and assignments within the scope of practice of a CNA

• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Valid NYS Certified Nursing Assistant license
• Exceptional communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• COVID-19 Vaccination

• Previous experience inlong-term care
• Previous experience with Point Click Care
