About our practice
Holistic Birth Center New York was founded on the belief that birth is not simply a clinical event, but a profound human experience that deserves to be approached with trust, skill, compassion, and respect for the body’s innate wisdom. Birth at our center is understood as a normal life-cycle event that often unfolds best in a private, supportive environment, guided by instinct and with minimal unnecessary medical intervention.
Our center was thoughtfully designed to feel peaceful, private, and nurturing so that families feel truly cared for throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and the postpartum period. We offer comprehensive prenatal care, labor support, natural and water birth options, postpartum and newborn care through six weeks, and individualized care every step of the way. At the same time, safety remains central to everything we do: our team is highly trained in obstetric emergencies and newborn resuscitation, and we are committed to evidence-based care while honoring physiologic birth.
