Location: Sayville
Come join our team! We are hiring experienced LTC/Subacute/Vent LPN for all shifts, every other weekend. Full time for every shift.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $31.94 - $34.88 per hour

- Responsible for direct care to residents and duties performed by C.N.A.'s and ensure the highest degree of quality of care is maintained at all times.
- Care and safety of all residents under the guidance and direction of the Charge nurse and supervisor.
- Accountable of narcotics, sedatives, and stimulants on the unit (Sole carrier of narcotic keys).
- Receive report from the previous shift - making note of any changes in residents condition.
- Make rounds of all residents.
- Administration and documentation of treatments, and medications that are ordered by physician and other services.
- Responsible for transcribing physician orders (including telephone orders) and ordering lab work and pharmacy orders when indicated in the absence of the charge nurse.
