Location: New York
Nursing Attendant
Be an advocate, caretaker, and friend to patients at New York‑Presbyterian/Columbia University Medical Center. Provide compassionate care and perform various bedside duties under the supervision of a registered nurse. Monitor patients’ vital signs, deliver meals, transport patients, and maintain a clean and safe environment.
Key Criteria- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) program.
- Completed at least one clinical rotation or have previous certified nursing aide or nursing attendant experience.
- Certification through an approved, accredited certified nursing aide training program.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Current CPR training from the American Heart Association required.
All roles require on‑site presence; employees must live within a commutable distance to NYP. NYP will not reimburse travel expenses.
Salary Range: $24.60‑$26.46 per hour.
