About the RN Registered Nurse Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our nursing team. As an RN at Greene Meadows, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assessing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
RN Registered Nurse Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
- Assess and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain a clean and organized work environment

RN Registered Nurse Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York
- Prior experience as a Registered Nurse preferred (new graduates welcome!)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
