Salary Range: $19.75 to $22.25 per hour

Full‑Time, Part‑Time and relief hours available

Pay: ICF Certified Nursing Assistant $19.75–$22.25 per hour (Depending on related experience)

Sign‑On Bonus for Eligible OPWDD IRA/ICF Direct Care Positions

• Full‑time positions eligible for a $1,500 or $2,000 sign‑on bonus, $375/$500 every 3 months for one year.
• Part‑time positions eligible for a $1,000 sign‑on bonus, $250 every 3 months for one year.
• New hires and rehires are eligible. Eligible positions: ICF Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Residence Counselor.

You will work in a small homelike environment with 10–12 beds, where ratios are a max 1 to 4, typically 1 to 2.

Nature of Work:

The ICF Certified Nursing Assistant is responsible for assisting with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene care, range of motion, repositioning, ambulation, dining, assisting with behavioral needs, medication administration and overall health and wellbeing of the Individual.

The Certified Nursing Assistant meets regularly with the Shift Supervisor, QIDP, Residence Manager, RN and confers with other members of the Individual's Service Planning Team to ensure services are appropriate.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as personal hygiene care, range of motion, repositioning, ambulation, eating, and feeding.
• Assist with behavioral needs and medication administration.
• Collaborate with Shift Supervisor, QIDP, Residence Manager, RN, and Service Planning Team to coordinate care.
• Maintain required licensure and training for Certified Nursing Assistant.

• Completion and graduation from Certified Nursing Assistant’s Certificate program and maintenance of adequate licensure and training.
• High School diploma or GED is preferred. Verbal and written communication skills are necessary to perform essential functions of the position.
• Prefer at least one year of experience in the field of Developmental Disabilities or related field.
• A valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets insurability guidelines to operate Agency‑owned vehicles.

If not certified, preference will go to CNA certified applicants. Non‑certified successful candidates will be subject to ICF Residence Counselor pay.

Pay: ICF Residence Counselor $18.50–$21.00 per hour (Depending on related experience). Shifts worked during 10:00 pm–6:00 am receive an additional $2.00 per hour.
