Longevity Concierge

Bedford Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is looking for a Longevity Gardens Concierge to join the team at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Brooklyn, NY!

The Allure Group is a consortium of six rehabilitation centers across Brooklyn and Manhattan, NY, specializing in post-acute and sub-acute skilled nursing and rehabilitation. We pride ourselves in providing a high standard of care for patients of all ages and conditions while upholding an environment of kindness, dignity, and respect for employees and residents. As a Longevity Gardens Concierge at The Allure Group, you would be part of a winning team doing meaningful work to improve residents' quality of life, health, and comfort.

• Act as a resident advocate for LG facilities
• Regularly check in with LG residents
• Attend events as required and perform some marketing functions to help build LG Census
• Manage difficult and emotional customer situations, and identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
• Ensure that resident’s privacy and rights are maintained during the activities of daily living and participate in resident care plans
• Perform all assigned tasks in accordance with established policies and procedures, and as instructed by your supervisor

• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Previous professional experience
• COVID-19 Vaccination

• Previous experience in a long-term care environment
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid requirements and procedures
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
