Mandarin or Cantonese Fluent Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care in Brooklyn, NY

A successful and well-established outpatient primary care clinic in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join its growing practice. Founded in 1999, this group medical practice is deeply rooted in the community and operates out of a recently remodeled, state-of-the-art office with excellent physician and IT support.

We welcome new graduates and experienced Nurse Practitioners who are fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese.

• Outpatient-only primary care with on-site physician support
• Care for patients ages 12 through geriatrics

  • Five-day work week. Sundays are required.

• $160,000 base salary in the first year with a guaranteed 4% annual increase
• $180,000 base salary for NPs with 2+ years of primary care experience
• Low threshold for productivity bonus estimated at $24,000–$48,000 annually
• $10,000 bonus for a two-year contract (paid after year one with commitment to year two)

• 30 days PTO, plus 5 paid CME days annually
• $3,000 CME/professional allowance per year

• Company profit-sharing plan after two years of employment

• Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner Certification
• New York license active or pending
• New and experienced Nurse Practitioners encouraged to apply
