• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Monday, Thursday, Friday
  • Every 1st & 3rd Tuesday
• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
  • Every Saturday & Sunday
• 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Overnight)
  • Saturday & Sunday

• Provide direct, hands‑on care to residents with compassion and dignity
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Support mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Take and record vital signs accurately
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
• Build real relationships with residents and their families

• Active CNA certification in New York State
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility is a plus, but not required

• Flexible scheduling (we work with you—even for single shifts)
