BLS required.

Strong attendance and punctuality. Ability to pass a medication administration test and clinical observation.

Description:

Facility operates as a long-term care center that includes rehabilitation therapies, skilled nursing, memory care, wound care, and more. The patient population includes individuals with Alzheimer's and dementia. Units will have a staff-to-patient ratio of 1:18-20. Primary responsibilities include administering medications and treatments as prescribed. Nurses will perform medication passes accurately and safely. Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition is essential.

Timely and accurate documentation must be completed. Nursing care must be provided in accordance with facility policies. Nurses will also supervise CNAs on assigned units. The role requires organized and detail-oriented individuals. Excellent communication skills and a personable, professional demeanor are necessary. Candidates must be able to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds. A team player with a positive attitude is expected.

Dependability and consistent attendance are essential. The environment is fast-paced, and flexibility with scheduling is required. Modules need to be completed prior to the assignment start date.
