Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and ECGs

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team

• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to ensure timely interventions and optimal outcomes

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

• Collaborate with our healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care and support

  Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the State of New York
