Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and therapies under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Monitor and report patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and recommending changes as needed
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, treatments, and medications
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
Participate in in-service training and education programs to stay current with industry developments and best practices
