Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Full-time | Evening Shift | $21.63-$26.78 per hour, based on certification year Additional $2.00 Shift Differential and $1.00 Weekend Differential $1,000 sign-on bonus, paid throughout the year

Schedule:

32 hours/week, 2:45 pm – 11:15 pm, weekdays and every other weekend with some holiday requirement

About the Role:

The CNA is essential in promoting and restoring residents' quality of life by delivering compassionate nursing care tailored to each resident's individual needs. This role requires strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit to work effectively within our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living in a skilled nursing environment
• Provide hands-on nursing care as determined by individual care plans
• Ensure resident safety and comfort while lifting, transferring, and supporting them as needed
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members

Qualifications:

• Current New York State certification as a CNA required
• Ability to stand/walk for most of the shift
• Capacity to push, pull, lift, and transfer residents, particularly when lifting exceeds 35 pounds
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to teamwork
