Nurse Service Line Coordinator – RN – Maternal Child Service Line - Nights

Job Overview

You will work with the nursing leadership team to ensure effective care for OB services patients and families. You are the first line of support for staff, physicians, and providers on clinical issues, collaborating with the Clinical Nurse Manager and Patient Care Director on clinical and non‑clinical patient care issues and facilitating patient flow and maintenance of the clinical environment.

• Coordinate with nursing leadership to ensure effective care delivery for OB services patients and families.
• Serve as first line support for staff, physicians, and providers on clinical issues.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Nurse Manager and Patient Care Director on clinical and non‑clinical patient care issues.
• Facilitate patient flow and maintenance of the clinical environment within assigned services.
• Work a full‑time night shift schedule Monday–Friday, covering weekends as needed.

Preferred Criteria

• Master’s Degree in Nursing

Required Criteria

• BSN with 3–5 years of recent clinical experience within a specialty area or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Current New York State RN license.
• BCLS certification.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teaching potential.
