Perioperative Services Clinical Manager - RN

As a Perioperative Service Clinical Manager, you will drive efficiency and compassion as well as directly impact the quality of care in all areas of periop. You will be part of inspirational and collaborative work among nursing colleagues and leaders, support delivery of exceptional care, coordinate patient care throughout, and act as an agent of health and hope. You’ll regularly gather staff perspectives to help positively impact the units by mentoring and motivating staff.

Partner closely with nursing team leaders on quality measures, guide independent thinking, and patient‑focused compassion.

This is a full‑time position working 4 days/week 6:30 am‑5:00 pm covering the Gynecology & Urology service lines at New York‑Presbyterian/Columbia University Irving Medical Center.

• Experience as Charge Nurse or Team Lead
• Demonstrated nursing leadership experience
• Master’s Degree in Nursing

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• 2 years of clinical experience
• Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain)
• BCLS certification
