Rooster Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced and dedicated RN Supervisor to join a well-established Skilled Nursing Facility in the Bronx. • $9,000 Monthly Pay

• Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts
• Ensure quality resident care and compliance with facility policies
• Coordinate resident care plans with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor nursing documentation and clinical practices
• Assist with staff training, mentoring, and performance oversight
• Respond to resident and family concerns professionally and effectively
• Promote resident safety, comfort, and well‑being
• Ensure adherence to all state and federal regulations

• Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Previous RN Supervisory experience preferred
• Long‑Term Care, Rehabilitation, or Skilled Nursing experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Reliable attendance and professionalism
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
