Salary: $30.00 – $33.00 per hour + $3,000 Sign-On Bonus

As an LPN, you will play a vital role in supporting residents' health, comfort, and well-being while working alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Order medications, medical supplies, and equipment as needed

• Provide wound care and perform nursing treatments and procedures

• Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes

• Accurately document resident observations, interventions, and outcomes

• Maintain compliance with all facility policies and HIPAA regulations

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members

• Support residents and families with compassionate, person-centered care

• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all residents

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of New York

• Strong clinical and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare setting

• Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred
