Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 annually
Union Plaza Care Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about resident care, staff development, and maintaining the highest standards of nursing excellence. As an RN Supervisor, you will oversee daily nursing operations, provide guidance and support to clinical staff, and help ensure exceptional outcomes for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to ensure efficient nursing operations.
- Monitor resident care to ensure compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.
- Conduct daily rounds to assess resident needs, evaluate staff performance, and promote quality care.
- Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to nursing staff.
- Assist with survey preparedness and regulatory compliance initiatives.
- Address clinical concerns, incidents, and resident care issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure completion of required reports.
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New York.
- Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
