Overview
Salary: $100k-110k/yr
Hopkins Center is an exceptional team-oriented facility seeking an RN Registered Nurse Unit Manager to join the team. We strive to make our residents and staff comfortable and happy. We provide our team with the resources needed to succeed and grow. A $3000 sign-on bonus is available.
Responsibilities- Assign, direct, and supervise staff as needed
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) to ensure efficient daily operations
- Respond to emergencies and provide necessary assistance
- Guide staff and work closely with the DON and other team members
- New York RN License
- Ability to respond to emergencies and provide necessary assistance
- Ability to guide staff and work closely with the DON and team
- Ability to adapt and take on all responsibilities of the RN Unit Manager role
