• Provide administrative and clinical oversight of nursing operations during assigned shifts.
• Coordinate staffing, patient flow, and resource allocation to ensure safe and effective patient care.
• Serve as a leadership resource for nursing staff, addressing clinical, operational, and personnel concerns.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Support quality improvement, patient safety, and risk management initiatives.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among nursing leadership, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Respond to and manage urgent clinical or operational issues, including incident reporting and escalation as needed.
• Participate in audits, documentation review, and regulatory readiness activities.

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required;
  Master's degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum five (5) years of recent clinical nursing experience, with supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
