Doral Health & Wellness is hiring a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dialysis clinic in Brooklyn, NY. This full-time LPN nurse role follows a rotating Monday–Saturday schedule (MWF and TThS) and offers a rewarding opportunity to support patients undergoing dialysis for kidney disease and related conditions.

Monitor and document vital signs, promptly reporting changes to the RN (Registered Nurse) or physici - an.
Administer prescribed medications within LPN nurse scope of practi - ce.
Prepare, set up, and monitor dialysis equipment; assist with vascular access site ca - re.
Collaborate with RNs, licensed practical nurses, CNAs, and physicians to execute care pla - ns.
Educate patients and families on treatment and home care instructio - ns.
Maintain accurate documentation in patient medical recor - ds.

Qualificat
- ions Active New York State LPN lice
- nse.
Prior dialysis, nephrology, or LPN hospital/clinic experience prefer - red.
BLS certification requi - red.
Strong observation, teamwork, and patient education ski - lls.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environm - ent.
CNA, nurse, and new grad LPNs with dialysis exposure encouraged to ap - ply.
Bilingual in Spanish is highly prefer
